Avto Engineering Holding Group delivered 9 trolleybuses for the town of Vratsa

Mayor Kalin Kamenov said that Vratsa not only maintained its ecological transport, but also upgraded it. "Very soon we will be among the cities with 100% electric transport," he added.

The trolleybuses are 12 meters low-floor, with a total capacity of 85 passengers each. They have a tilt system to make it easier for passengers to board, as well as are equipped with a ramp for people with reduced mobility. They are equipped with the latest generation of video surveillance, as well as USB ports for charging mobile devices.

The vehicles are manufactured by Energis, Metropolis - MP, part of the Polish-Belarusian consortium BKM Holding.

As part of the contract, Avto Engineering Holding Group undertakes warranty support for 24 / twenty-four / months or mileage up to 100,000 km. The company has its own high-tech production and service base and trained teams for repair and maintenance of the vehicles.

The project amount for the supply of 9 trolleybuses is BGN 9,087,300 and is financed under the Operational Program "Environment 2014 - 2020", co-financed by the European Union through the Cohesion Fund and the state budget of the Republic of Bulgaria.
